Fees

Standard therapy sessions (50mins) are $215 per session. If you obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you may be provided with a Medicare rebate of $96.35 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year, making the out-of-pocket cost $118.65 per 50 minute session.

Clients without a Mental Health Care Plan will be charged the full session fee. Some private health funds provide a rebate for psychology services, please check with your individual provider. More information about psychologist fees in Australia can be found on the AAPI or APS website.

 Developmental Intervention and Support sessions are $280 per session (90 minutes).  This includes the brief summary report provided after the completion of the session. 

A referral is not required for Developmental Intervention and Support sessions, however, if you have a referral, please bring this to your session. 

 Individualised quotes for assessments are provided following the pre- assessment consultation. 

The pre-assessment consultation (60 minutes) fee is $215. 

Partial payments for assessments may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis and will be outlined in your individualised quote. 

A referral is not required for Psychological Assessments, however, if you have a referral, please bring this to your pre-assessment consultation. 

Psychology and Learning Assessments cannot be claimed through Medicare. For children with NDIS funding, it is recommended you discuss with their plan manager if your plan includes funds appropriate for assessment purposes. If you have private health, it is recommended you check with your Private Health Fund prior to the assessment whether the assessment costs are eligible for claiming.  

Please provide a minimum 24 hrs notice for cancellations. If you cancel outside this period, a cancellation fee will apply:
Within 24hrs - 50% of session fee
Missed session - 100% of session fee
